Just::pod socials are a huge hit and happen every month. We also like to get out of the office once in a while and Just:: Get together for a drink in a nearby pub. The best part about the evening is that anyone can come along. Drop us a line if you are interested in joining us for a drink.

There is never a dull moment at Just::. And if there is ever a lull, we will be sure to boost our energy levels with a popular game of zoof – but be warned some Justees have a competitive streak!

We put a great deal of time and resource into looking after the team and enabling them to perform at their best. We have developed a tailored training programme for all Justees, working in partnership with a theatre company called Abandon Theatre. At Just:: Drama School we role-play skills such as media sell-in, giving and receiving feedback and inventing and delivering campaigns. Justees are also offered individual coaching throughout the year for any areas they want to personally develop.
